铝合金超疏水表面的制备和包装应用探讨

摘    要:通过铝合金与铜盐溶液发生置换反应,再采用低表面能的硬脂酸进行修饰,使铝合金表面具有了超疏水性能。用扫描电镜(SEM)对置换后的铝合金表面进行了表征,结果表明,置换后的表面具有微纳米结构,该结构对超疏水性能的产生起关键作用。同时,研究了置换时间及铜盐溶液配比对铝合金表面疏水效果的影响。通过该置换法可制备出超疏水效果较好的铝合金表面,接触角可达到161.9°,滚动角为4°,该表面在包装领域具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A super hydrophobic microstructure was prepared on aluminum-alloy surface by replacement reaction with copper salt.Super hydrophobic performance was obtained by modification with low surface energy of stearic acid.The super hydrophobic surface was characterized using SEM.The result showed that there are micro-nano-structures on the surface of aluminum alloy,which has the key function for the super hydrophobic performance;the replacement method can be used to prepared aluminum-alloy surface of good super hydrophobic performance with contact angle of 161.9° and sliding angle of 4°.The surface has a broad application prospect in packaging field.
