摘    要:针对高温油藏环境,研究了由有机树脂预聚体、无机硅化物和稳定剂组成的有机-无机交联堵剂体系。利用环境扫描电镜观察了体系成胶后的微观结构,并在130℃下进行了室内优化实验,优化后的堵剂配方为:4%7%有机树脂预聚体+1%5%硅化物+0.1%0.3%稳定剂SY。耐温性能评价实验表明,堵剂性能受温度的影响较大,最高可耐温达140℃,在130℃下成胶时间2 24 h可调,110℃下成胶时间延长至50 h以上。堵剂成胶过程中的黏度变化说明堵剂的注入性良好。室内物理模拟实验表明,有机/无机交联堵剂封堵率可达到98.5%以上,同时有很好的耐冲刷性能。图4表5参7

Abstract:Organic-inorganic crosslinked plugging system was prepared with resin prepolymer CL,silicide and stabilizer SY.The microstructure of the gelling system observed by ESEM showed that there existed the network structure.The optimal formula of the system at 130℃ CL was obtained through lab test,and the appropriate mass fraction of resin prepolymer was 4%7%,the silicide was 1%5% and the stabilizer SY was 0.1%0.3%.Evaluation test of thermal stability showed that the plugging agent was resistant to the high temperature of 140℃,and it’s gelation time at 130℃ was adjustable from 2 to 24 hours,and which could be prolonged to 50 hours at least when the temperature was reduced to 110℃.The change of apparent viscosity during the gelling process showed that the injectivity was good.The core modeling experiment indicated the plugging rate of the agent could reach over 98.5%;moreover,it had nice performance of flushing resistance.
