基于随机网络理论预测针刺非织造布的垂直渗透率

摘    要:为预测针刺非织造布的垂直渗透率,建立了一个基于随机网络理论的垂直渗透率预测模型,并进行了实验验证.结果表明:在材料面密度较小时模型预测值与实验值较符合,但在材料面密度较大时模型预测值略低于实验值,说明该模型适合于预测薄型针刺非织造布的垂直渗透率.

Abstract:To estimate the vertical permeability of needle-punched nonwovens,a model to evaluate vertical permeability based on random net theory was built and on actual experiment.The results indicated that when the material area density was lower,the experimental value was similar to the theoretical result,and when the material area density was higher,the theoretical result would be lower than the former a little.It was pointed out that the model was feasible to predicate vertical permeability of thin type of needle-punched nonwovens.
