摘    要:以耐盐菌SL07为生产菌,在30 L发酵罐中合成ectoine.首先确定最佳诱导培养基,并在发酵过程中调节pH可提高ectoine合成量.在pH恒定条件下加盐,合成量降低10%;加蛋白胨,合成量提高43%.发酵后的菌体可重复诱导培养,ectoine合成量比第1次高出40%.

Abstract:Ectoine is synthesized by using halotolerant bacteria SL07 within a 30 liter fermenter. The optimal medium is selected. In the process of fermentation, the eetoine yield is elevated by adjusting the pH value. Under permanent pH, the ectoine yield is reduced by 10%, with salt adding; and improved by 43%, with peptone adding. After the first batch, the bacteria can be reused and the yield is elevated by 40% compared with that in the previous batch.
