| 摘 要： | 采用了德国西门子公司Ｓ７－２００型ＰＬＣ,实现了六套电镀程序,三部引车,六个吊钩,４２个缸位的多工位工艺控制要求,长西门子公司ＳＴＥＰ７－ＭＩＣＲＯ／ＤＯＳ的强大编程功能,采用了模块化的子程序结构,公用了３．５Ｋ的内存空间,就成功地进行了３７次循环和１４５子程序的多重嵌套和反复用。

| Abstract: | Relying on the abundant functions of STEP7 MICRO/DOS of SIMATIC, the untility program was optimized with the standardized moulding sequences by way of multiple muff coupling and duplicating subroutines. The developing cost was reduced by designing a simulating software of testing for the utility program. Thus allow give full play to S7 200 PLC functions. |
