| 摘 要： | 直流氧化锌阀片与交流阀片虽然有许多共同之处 ,但二者在配方和工艺上却存在很大的差别。笔者在一定的配方设计基础上 ,从改进添加剂的制作工艺以改善添加剂的性能入手 ,研究了烧成工艺对阀片性能的影响 ,并特别对直流阀片的特殊工艺涂布工艺和扩散工艺进行了深入研究。最终通过工艺控制 ,获得了满足要求的直流阀片

| Abstract: | DC ZnO varistors similar with AC ZnO varistors in many ways, especially are differentiated from later in the composition and processing technology. Study was made mainly on the preparaton of additives, sintering procedure and the special procedures of DC ZnO varistors such as covering and diffusing. The DC ZnO varistors with desired properties were produced with the special controlled procedures. |
