摘    要:采用正交试验和极差、方差分析法,研究了Si,Mn,B对球铁的硬度、冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:Mn,Si,B含量分别为2.0%,2.6%,0.006%时,可以获得HRC为50左右、冲击韧性大于20J/cm^2的球墨铸铁,其基体为细针状贝氏体+奥氏体组织,可以作为生产球磨机用的磨球、衬板的材料。

Abstract:The influence on hardness and impact toughness of ductile irons was studied by elements Si, Mn and B, using the method of orthogonal experiment, and analysis of range and variance. Ductile irons with bainite and austenite can be used as production material of grinding ball and back board in the mill, hardness of which is about HRC 50 and impact toughness is more than 20 J/cm 2, when optimum levels of elements are 2 0%Mn, 2 6%Si and 0 006%B.
