螺旋-搅拌式微量给粉装置的设计与实验研究

摘    要:在传统的螺旋式微量给粉装置基础上,设计了螺旋-搅拌式微量给粉装置,并给出相关计算和关键参数;设计了四种不同结构的搅拌器,并通过实验选择最优的结构形式;设计搭建了可以自动采集记入给粉装置输入电压、给粉累计质量等参数的实验系统;对煤粉和木屑两种粉料进行了给粉实验,实验结果表明,螺旋-搅拌式微量给粉装置给粉均匀、稳定,单位时间给粉量与给粉电机输入电压成线性关系,并与理论计算相吻合。

Abstract:The screw-stir micro particles feeder is designed based on conventional screw feeder,the key parameters and calculates are given in this paper.The best one of four different stir apparatus is choose by experiment tests.The experiment system,which can auto collect and record the voltage of feeder electrical motor,particles accumulative weight is designed and conducted.Both pulverized and wood chip are tested,and the results show that the screw-stir micro particles feeder can steadily and uniformly feed this two different particles,and the feeding particles weight per unit time is linearly related to voltage of feeder electrical motor,which is consistent with theoretical calculation.
