摘    要:针对目前殡葬行业普遍采用的列管式换热器存在的传热效率较低,设备紧凑型较差的问题,将蓄热式换热器应用于火化机中,设计了蓄热式烟气余热回收系统,改造现有火化机的燃烧室布局和炉体结构,可将800℃以上烟温直接降至150℃以下,高效回收利用火化烟气中的热量,提高燃烧效率,最后对其中存在的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:For the problems that heat transfer efficiency of shell-and-tube heat exchangers used in the funeral industry is relatively low and the equipment is not compact,this research use regenerative heat exchanger in the cremation machine.Flue gas waste heat recovery system was designed and the layout of present combustion chamber and furnace structure was reformed.The result shows that smoking temperature above 800 ℃ can be dropped to below 150 ℃ directly.This method can efficiently recycled flue gas heat and increased the combustion efficiency.At last some problems occurred in the process were discussed.
