镍基高温合金工件异形孔加工工艺的研究

摘    要:根据航空发动机涡轮盘上异形孔结构复杂及镍基高温合金材料难加工的特点 ,采用钻削、铣削与磨削工艺的不同组合、选用新型涂层刀具和相应的切削参数进行了工艺试验。通过分析试验过程中刀具、砂轮的磨损(破损 )情况及其对异形孔加工精度和表面粗糙度的影响 ,探讨了铣削、磨削加工镍基高温合金涡轮盘异形孔的可行性。研究结果表明 ,通过优化加工参数 ,涡轮盘异形孔钻削 铣削工艺可有效替代常用的电火花加工工艺。

Abstract:According to the complex structure of the shaped hole in a disc of an aircraft engine and the characteristic of the thermal-resistant Nickel-based alloy which is difficult to be machined, the processing tests had been done with the different combination of drilling, milling and grinding process, selection of the new coated cutter and corresponding cutting parameters. By analyzing the wear and break of the milling cutters and grinding wheels in the tests and its influence for the geometric accuracy and surface roughness of the machined shaped holes, the feasibility using milling or grinding process to machine the shaped hole in a disc of an aircraft engine made from thermal-resistant Nickel-based alloy is discussed. The study results indicate that the process of drilling plus milling can be effectively substituted for currently EDM process by optimizing the cutting parameters of milling.
