| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外发达地区城市交通发展的经验和教训的介绍，以及对目前国内大城市交通发展中主要问题的分析，提出我国大城市交通发展目标，解决途径和解决交通问题的保证措施，同时，以哈尔滨市为例进行实证研究，以期促进我国大城市交通问题的研究和解决。 |

| Abstract: | In this article,Iwant to put forward some indexes some ways and some measures of traffic development in big-cities in Our Country,through the introduction of experiences and lessons about rtaffic development,and the analysis of main problems.In the same time,to speed up the solution and the research of the traffic problems in our big-cities were studied on taking Harbin as a case. |
