摘    要:以淀粉为原料,系统地研究了不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯(ISX)的最佳合成条件,探讨了NaOH、CS_2用量,反应温度与时间,以及干燥、贮存过程等因素对产品性能的影响。根据文献,改变配比和反应条件,提高了产品的稳定性,降低了成本,为ISX在我国商品化的可行性提供了依据。

Abstract:This paper takes starch as sourch to synthesize insoluble starch xanthate (ISX) and studies the best condition of reaction. The influencing of several factors on the sulphur content in ISX was studied. This paper has dealt with the quantity of base and carbon disulfide required, the reaction temperation as well as the drying and store etc. which can influence on the property of production.We obtained a better product in properties,changing formula and condition. The cost of product was reduced. Its stability was increased at room temperature.
