单模聚焦微波辐射合成四氟硼酸1-丁基-3甲基咪唑离子液体

摘    要:采用了Discover微波精确有机合成系统合成了四氟硼酸1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑离子液体,对反应时间、反应物摩尔比、反应功率等因素进行了考察,实验结果表明微波加热最佳的反应条件是:反应温度为70℃,N-甲基咪唑,氯化正丁烷,四氟硼酸铵麻尔比为1∶1∶1,功率为140 W,反应时间为40 min,产品收率为80%。产品经傅立叶红外光谱仪表征,证实与目标产物完全一致。

Abstract:Using Discover microwave organic chemistry rigour systemcompose tetrafluoroborate 1-methyl-3-butyl imidazole ions liquid.At the same time we research the reaction time,the ratio of reactant,reaction power and so on.The experiment result shown that the optimal reaction condition is reaction temperature 70 ℃,the ratio of reactant is 1∶1∶1,the power is 140 W,the reaction time is 40 minutes,the ratio of the product is 80%.The product was characterized by FT-IR spectrum.Product is consistent with the target product.
