摘    要:利用动力学模型建立了实验室规模(27.5L)的UASB 反应器的动态模型。利用此模型,计算了在流量为3L/h 的情况下,相应于进水基质浓度S_i 序列的输出序列:出水浓度S_(?)和产气量Q_(?)序列。此模型较好地拟合了实际过程,S_(?)序列和实验值平均误差为6.61%,Q_(?)平均误差为7.69%,Q_(?)滞后时间为1 h,利用庞特里雅金优化原理,对流量Q 加以控制,以消除出水浓度S_(?)的波动。

Abstract:Based on the kinetic model,dynamic models of a laboratory scale UASBreactor (about 27.5 liters) used for treatment of lime straw black liquor,was set up.Under the condition of flow Q=3 L/h,series of effluent subst-rate concentration S_(?) (g COD/L) and flow of biogas Q_(?)(L/h) correspondingto influent substrate concentration S_i (g COD/L) were calculated.By com-paring with the practical series of S_(?) and Q_(?),it was found that Q_(?) had 2hour hysteresis time,the mean error of S_(?),was 6.61%,the mean error ofQ_(?) was 7.69%.using pontryagin's optimal theory we set up optimal controlmodels of Q to remove the fluctuations of S_(?) and Q_(?)
