| 摘 要： | 对圆锥破碎机润滑系统中运动部件普遍存在的密封问题进行了探讨,提出了采用机械密封取代橡胶密封的改造措施;有效地解决了橡胶密封件受压变形、润滑油泄漏及被污染的问题。实践证明,机械密封消除了因润滑系统中运动部件密封问题而出现的常见故障,提高了生产作业率,降低了生产成本,为连续稳定生产取得良好的经济技术指标创造了条件。 |

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the seal problem of moving elements in lubrication system of rotary cone crusher,and the idea to replace rubber seal with mechanical seal is put forward.When rubber seal pieces are compressed,lubricating oil may leak and be contaminated.While mechanical seal can prevent the constant faults,raise the production operation rate and manufacturing cost. |
