| 摘 要： | 本文首先对地质灾害防治工程的概念进行了讨论。然后,对与防治方案的制定,设计原则,勘察规范和技术要求等相关的一些问题提出意见和建议。最后还对目前市场运作中十分流行的“单价承包”方式提出了质疑,并主张按总体目标与实际效果进行总价承包。

| Abstract: | This paper first discusses the concept of geohazard prevention and control engineering. Then, it puts forward opinions and suggestions on some issues related to the formulation of prevention and control programs, design principles, survey specifications and technical requirements. Finally, it questions the "single-price contracting" method which is very popular in the current market operation, and advocates the lump-sum contracting according to the overall objectives and actual results. |
