摘    要:从频域分析的角度入手,将机械设备故障诊断常用的频谱方法进行有机综合,以幅值谱和功率谱作为基本分析方法,以自回归谱和频率细化技术作为必要补充,对压缩机的振动信号作分析处理,进而提取反映压缩机工作状态的特征信息。介绍了离散傅立叶变换、自功率谱和自回归模型及自回归谱的基本原理。诊断的原理是将采集的离散信号输入到编制好的频率分析软件中,得到所要求的时域、频域图,再对各图形进行分析比较,进而判断压缩机的状态。系统在对故障诊断时达到了预期效果,即初步确定了压缩机的故障状态。

Abstract:The principles of several frequency spectrum analysis approaches are introduced,such as digital Fourier transform,zoom spectrum and autoregression spectrum.The vibration characteristics and the signal of the reciprocating compressor are analyzed based on its basic structure and working principle.The software of the power spectrum,zoom spectrum andautoregression spectrum based on fast Fourier transform is designed using Visual Basic 6.0.This software is utilized to analyze the vibration signals under different states.The compressor's fault conditions can be judged through comparing and analyzing the spectrograms.
