摘    要:建立了某机车柴油发电机组轴系三维实体有限元模型并进行了扭振计算,运用霍尔茨表格法(轴盘集中质量模型)对轴系进行了扭振计算。并且将三维实体有限元模型计算结果、霍尔茨表格法计算结果与扭振测试结果进行了对比,证明实体模型精度比霍尔茨表格法高。另外,分析了盖斯林格联轴节特性参数对系统扭振特性的影响。最后,运用上述结果对该发电机组轴系进行了扭转强迫振动分析。

Abstract:The 3-D finite element models of the shafting in a locomotive-type diesel dynamo,which are used for analyzing torsional vibration of the shafting are created.The torsional vibration of the shafting is also calculated by the methodology of Holzer table(shaft & plate concentrated model).Moreover,the results of the solid model and the method of Holzer table are compared with the experimental results.It is proved that the precision of the solid model is higher.In addition,the influence on the vibration of the shafting by characteristic parameters of the Geislinger elastic coupling is analysed.In the end,forced torsional vibration analysis of the shafting in the locomotive-type diesel dynamo is carried out making use of the above results.
