乳化重油催化裂化反应动力学研究

摘    要:随着重油催化裂化的发展 ,原料雾化困难日益成为严重的问题 ,传统的工艺只能获得 60~1 2 0 μm的液滴。以抚顺石油二厂大庆减二线、三线抽出油和大庆减压渣油为原料 ,加以Span、Tween系列复合表面活性剂 ,制成乳化重油。根据“微爆”学说和“分子聚集与解聚”理论 ,与传统工艺相比 ,以该乳化油为催化裂化原料可以获得颗粒更小的液滴 ,从而改善产品分布。以小型固定流化床催化裂化装置的乳化实验数据为基础 ,用简单的催化裂化反应动力学模型对试验结果进行关联 ,求取五集总反应动力学模型参数 ,这些参数将有助于本课题的理论分析及工业应用

Abstract:With the development of RFCC , crude oil atomi zation becomesdifficult more and more. Traditional process can obtain droplet between 60 μm and 1 20 μm. Heavy oil emulsion is produced by vacuum distillation and vacuum residu um of Fushun Petroleum Company, putting Span,Tween compound surfactant into it. On the basis of “demolition atomization” theory and “molecular aggregation an d depolymezation” theory, smaller droplets can be obtained by using heavy oil emulsion as a feedstock and the product distribution is improved. A si mplified kinetic model consisting of five lumps was set up for catalytic cracking. The kinetic pa r ameters of five lumps model were calculated for each fractions.They can be used in analysis and application of the emulsified technology.
