| 摘 要： | 阐述了应用基于视频的隧道交通监控系统的优点及必要性。介绍了视频检测系统的原理、系统构成、功能、检测信息流程等关键技术,讨论了系统可靠性方面的问题。隧道交通视频监控系统的广泛应用,将大大提高隧道交通运行的安全和效率。

| Abstract: | Advantages and necessity of the video-based traffic surveillance and control system application are explained in this paper. After introducing the principle system structure, function, flow of detection information and key technique of video detection system, reliability of system is also discussed in this paper. With the wide use of video-based traffic surveillance and control system, it will add so much to the security and efficiency of traffic in tunnel. |
