| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,能量消耗和温室气体排放也愈来愈高。同时,我国建筑能耗也占到总能耗的约28%。可持续建筑(绿色建筑)的不断发展对整个建筑业提出了新的要求和机遇。该文提出了以高能效设计为核心的绿色建筑设计策略。

| Abstract: | With the economic development and improvement of living conditions,building energy use and green house gas emissions increase accordingly.In China,the building energy use roughly accounts for 28% of total energy use.The development of sustainable buildings(green buildings) proposes new requirement and provides new opportunities for the whole building industry.The paper discussed the sustainable building design measures with building energy efficiency as the core of sustainable design. |
