| 摘 要： | 构建和谐国有企业是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,是搞好国有企业和维护职工根本利益的需要。和谐国有企业是充满活力、民主团结、公平安定、诚信友爱的企业。构建和谐国有企业要抓住发展不放松．深化改革不动摇,完善内部分配制度,正确处理内部矛盾,加强企业民主管理和职工思想道德建设。

| Abstract: | To construct harmonious state - owned enterprise is an important part of construction of harmonious society, is the need of well run state - owned enterprise and maintain staff's basic interests. A harmonious enterprise is one full of vigor, democracy and solidarity, fair and stability, honest and love. To build harmonious enterprise, we have to develop firmly, reform deeply, perfect internal distribution system, rightly deal with internal contradictions and strengthen democratic management in enterprise and staff moral construction. |
