| 摘 要： | 在船舶停泊影响河道安全渡汛评价中建立影响系统安全的层次结构模型,并利用层次分析法(AHP)对其进行分析,得出各个因素对系统安全的影响系数(权重)。运用模糊综合评判理论,对船舶停泊影响河道安全渡汛体系进行综合评判,从而做出科学合理的安全分析评价。

| Abstract: | A hierarchy structure model is established in the assessment of floodwater's discharge safety. When the model is analyzed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),the influencing coefficients (weighted coefficient)of factors influencing the floodwater's discharge safety are obtained. Then,the fuzzy comprehensive judgement theory is applied to give a comprehensive judgement of the floodwater's discharge safety system and a scientific and reasonable assessment. |
