摘    要:随着聚驱采油技术在我国各大油田的推广应用,聚驱污水处理已成为聚驱采油技术急需解决的重要课题之一。为了深入探讨液-液旋流器在处理聚驱污水时效率较低的原因,在调研分析聚驱污水物理特性的基础上,基于CFD专业软件Fluent的RSM应力模型,模拟研究了聚驱污水区别于水驱污水的特性参数(粘度、油滴粒径、油相体积分数)对液-液旋流器内部流场及分离效率的影响。研究结果表明,旋流器切线速度、油相集中度均随粘度的升高而减小,随油滴粒径的减小而减小;分离效率随粘度升高及油滴粒径减小而降低。

A simulation study of the effect of polymer flooding sewage characteristics on hydrocylone's separation efficiency
Abstract:With the spreading and application of polymer flooding technology in China's oilfields,treatment of polymer flooding sewage has become one of the major problems in polymer flooding. In order to analyze the mechanism and reason for the decrease of efficiency of the liquid-liquid hydrocyclone in dealing with polymer flooding sewage,on the basis of an investigation and analysis of the physical properties of polymer flooding sewage,a simulation study based on the RSM stress model of Fluent software was conducted to study the effect of the characteristic parameters of polymer flooding sewage on the internal flow field and separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone,disclosing the fact that high viscosity and emulsion of polymer flooding sewage and small particle diameter of oil droplet are the major reasons for the low separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone.
