IPDI基浇注型聚氨酯弹性体性能的研究

摘    要:采用不同品种的多元醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应合成了浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,研究了不同多元醇结构对IPDI型聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响;用红外光谱表征了聚氨酯弹性体的结构,并对其进行了力学性能、动态性能和耐溶剂性能测试。结果表明,聚酯多元醇(Pol-2456)的聚氨酯弹性体力学性能最好;聚醚和聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体在较高温度下tan8值仍然保持在0.4左右,可以作为阻尼材料;端羟基聚丁二烯的聚氨酯弹性体的动态性能最好,峰值为0.715(-60.4℃),-10℃以下,tanδ值基本保持在0.2左右,且具有好的耐溶剂性。

Abstract:By synthesising of a cast polyurethane elastomers ( PUE ), the effect of different polyols on structure of polyurethane elastomers based IPDI were studied. The structure of PUE were characterized by FT-IR and their mechanical properties; dynamic performance and solvent resistance were test. The results showed that polyester polyol PUE had the best mechanical properties. The value of tanδ of polyether and polyester PUE remained about 0. 4 in a high temperature and they could be used as damping materials. HTPB-based PUE had the best dynamic performance, the peak value of tanδ was 0. 715( -60.4℃ ) ,the value of tanδ was about 0. 2 when above - 10℃. HTPB-based PUE had the best solvent resistance.
