耐冷菌去除低温污水中有机污染物的初步研究

摘    要:从市政下水道中的污泥中筛选分离出2株对污水中有机物有较强降解能力的耐冷菌XZ01和XZ02,并在6℃下进行污水处理试验。试验结果表明,XZ01和XZ02菌株及其混合菌株对COD的去除率分别为58.4%、63.0%和72.8%;对氨氮去除率分别为68.4%、80.6%和86.1%;对总磷去除率分别为54.9%、43.6%和62.3%。这说明耐冷菌在低温污水处理中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Psychrotrophic strain XZ01 and XZ02 with strong ability to degrade organic matters in sewage were isolated from the sludge in municipal drainage pipeline, and the test of sewage treatment was carried out at 6 ℃.The results showed that, with the effects of strain XZ01, XZ02 and their mixture, the removal rate of COD were 58.4%, 63.0% and 72.8% respectively;the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen were 68.4%, 80.6% and 86.1% respectively, The removal rate of total phosphorus were 54.9% , 43.6% and 62.3% respectively.It was indicated that, psychrotrohic strain had broad application prospect in low temperature sewage treatment.
