基于LabVIEW的焊接护目镜响应特性测试系统研究

摘    要:结合LabVIEW软件和凌华公司的数据采集卡,设计出一套自动变光焊接护目镜响应特性的测试系统。阐述了该系统的组成和工作原理,并介绍了响应时间的定义及计算方法;该系统实现了响应时间的实时计算,并实现了采集数据保存和显示。试验结果表明该系统具有精度高、性能稳定等特点。

Abstract:Combining with the LabVIEW and DAQ kard , we design a response characteristics testing system of automatic goggles; This paper has discussed that the structure of the system and system work theory, that the definition on the response time and computing method. The system achieved timing calculation of the response time and data conservation and data display. Testing result indicated that the system is high - precision and its capability is steady
