高速切削机床用角接触球轴承性能分析

摘    要:为提高高速切削机床主轴的使用性能,对角接触球轴承在高速运动状态下的运动性能(如旋滚比等)进行分析。通过分析,得出角接触球轴承在不同工况、不同结构参数及不同材料情况下,轴承运动性能参数的变化规律。为高速下角接触球轴承的选用和结构参数优化设计提供分析依据。

Analysis on the Angular Ball Bearing of the High-speed Cutting Machine

Abstract:To improve the performance of high-speed cutting machine mainshaft, the article analyses the angular contract ball beating's movement performance under high-speed motion, by the way of analyzing, the article obtains the mutational law of the beating's movement performance parameters Under the case of different condition, different structure parameters and different material. The analysis result can supply a theoretical reference for optimal design of structure parameter and selection of high-speed angular contract ball beating.
