摘    要:针对原100 kt/a复混肥团粒法生产工艺存在产量低、能耗大、产品开发空间小等问题,进行管式反应器工艺升级改造:在造粒机内加装管式反应器和喷氨轴;尾气采用文丘里洗涤和喷淋洗涤的湿法处理方式。改造后的运行效果表明,尾气排放达标,并能够生产MAP、DAP和三元复混肥等多种肥料。

Abstract:In view of the low yield, high energy consumption, and small product development space of original 100 kt/a compound fertilizer plant with agglomeration process, a transformation of pipe reactor technology is made, including installations of the pipe reactor and ammonia injection unit in granulator, applications of the venturi and spray for tail gas washing. The results show the discharge of tail gas reaches the standard, MAP, DAP and NPK compound fertilizers can be produced with the plant.
