SACF纤维改性半金属摩擦材料的力学及摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:通过热压的方法制备出3种不同含量萨凯夫纤维(SACF)的半金属摩擦材料,通过压缩、冲击和摩擦磨损实验,分析了不同SACF纤维含量对制备的摩擦材料的机械和摩擦学性能的影响.结果表明:含质量分数10%SACF的半金属摩擦材料具有高的力学性能、稳定的高温摩擦因数和最低的磨损率;含5%SACF的半金属摩擦材料的磨损机制主要表现为磨粒磨损,而含10%SACF的半金属摩擦材料则以疲劳磨损为主.

Abstract:The semi-metallic friction materials containing three weight proportions of non-asbestos composite fibers(SACF)were prepared by hot compression molding.The effect of various contents of SACF on the mechanical and tribological properties was analyzed by compressive,impact and tribological experiments.Results show that the semi-metallic friction materials containing 10% SACF exhibit the highest mechanical strength,steady high-temperature coefficient of friction and the lowest wear rate amongst three SACF semi...
