| 摘 要： | 介绍电厂循环水系统腐蚀在线监测装置原理、组成及其在电厂的应用。监测装置采用电化学线性极化和弱极化测定方法，无需已知塔菲尔常数即可直接给出凝汽器铜管在实际循环水系统中的年腐蚀速率和极化电阻。现场技术人员可根据测量结果评价缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果，并根据极化电阻的变化趋势初步判定电极的腐蚀形态，及时调整缓蚀剂的加药量。 |

| Abstract: | The theory,configuration and application of an on-line corrosion monitoring system in the circulating cooling-water system of a thermal power plant are introduced in this paper.The monitoring system adopted electrochemical measuring method based on linear and weak polarization.It can directly give the values of annual corrosion rate and polarization resistance of condenser tubes in an actual circulating cooling-water system without Tafel constants known in advance.Technicians on-site can estimate the effects of inhibitors in accordance with measuring results,and outline the corrosion forms of electrodes and adjust the dosages of inhibitors immediately according to changing tendencies of polarization resistance. |
