摘    要:分析了影响气分-聚丙烯联合装置能耗的主要因素,通过对气分-聚丙烯联合装置各项节能改造和技术措施的实施,促进了装置的安全、平稳、长周期生产,每年可节约电费111.05万元,节约蒸汽费用462.15万元,综合能耗由2003年的445.23kg标/tPP下降到142.97kg标油/tPP,大大降低了聚丙烯加工成本。

Abstract:This paper analyses the main factors affecting the energy efficiency of the gas separationpolypropylene combination unit.In a case history example it presents,a series of energy saving measures,such as upgrading equipment to improve energy efficiency and introducing new technologies,were taken to achieve a safe,stable and long-term production of a gas separation-polypropylene combination unit.These measures saved 1.1105 million yuan in power cost and 4.6215 million yuan in steam cost annually for the unit's owner and the unit's comprehensive energy efficiency dropped from 445.23kg of oil equivalent/tPP in 2003 to 142.79kg of oil equivalent/tPP,significantly reducing the processing cost of polypropylene.
