用攀枝花钛矿和云南钛矿冶炼钛渣工业试验研究

摘    要:对采用敞口电炉冶炼攀枝花钛矿和云南钛矿获得钛渣进行工业试验研究,并对敞口电炉的钛渣冶炼的特性、参数等进行了分析。结果表明:(1)采用传统的生产氯化渣的自焙电极的敞口电炉,冶炼酸溶性钛渣是可行的,获得了较好的钛渣质量和技术经济指标。(2)采用钛渣出炉后喷水急冷的措施,大大降低了低价钛的金红石转化程度。

Abstract:Industrial test on smelting titania slag by use of Panzhihua and Yunan titaniferrous ores in open ore-smelting furnace was studied. The smeltings characteristics and parameters were analyzed . It is practicable to smelt sulfate titania slag in open furnace that traditionally used for producing chloride slag by self-baking electrode, and preferable quality titania slag and good economic target can be obtained. Titania slag quenching and cooling is very good, for it greatly lowers the transformation degree from titanium suboxide to rutile.
