油墨在胶版纸中的渗透深度研究

为了研究纸张的动态吸收性与油墨的渗透深度之间的关系,预测油墨在胶版纸中的渗透性深度,选用10种胶版纸,采用HVL-PDA动态渗透分析仪,以水为测试液体,测量了10种胶版纸的动态吸收特性。同时,采用印刷适性仪对这10种胶版纸进行胶印打样,并用三维视频显微系统VHX-600对油墨的渗透深度进行测量,结果表明,胶版纸动态吸收特性对油墨的渗透深度有一定的影响。

The Research on the Penetration Depth of Ink in Offset Paper

In order to research the relationship between penetration depth of ink and dynamic liquid absorption permeability, this paper predicts the penetration depth of ink in offset paper. The study chooses ten kinds of offset paper and tests their characters, including smoothness, roughness, glossiness, whiteness and the weight absorbed by paper surface. By using a dynamic penetration analyzer （ HVL-PDA） and water as test fluid, the dynamic absorption characteristics of the ten kinds of offset paper are measured, making a proof of offset printing patterns of these ten kinds of offset paper by using a printability tester at the same time. The depths of ink penetration in ten kinds of offset paper are measured by the three-dimensional video microscopy system, the results of the analyses show that the penetration depth of ink is closely related to paper dynamic liquid absorption.
