基于PowerMILL的模具零件局部清根策略

摘    要:根据模具零件局部清根的特点,结合典型案例,阐述PoweMILL最佳等高精加工、拐角区域清除和清角精加工的加工原理,研究了模具零件局部清根策略,介绍了深型腔清根时避免刀具与型腔表面碰撞的方法,保证模具零件加工的清根质量,提高清根效率。

Abstract:The machining principles of PoweMILL optimized isometry fine finishing, clear up of corner area and angle-clearing up and fine finishing were discussed according to the lo cal back chipping characteristics of die component and combining with typical cases. The local back chipping strategy was studied; and the method to avoid the impacting between the tool and cavity surface in back chipping of deep cavity was presented.
