索风营水电站碾压混凝土重力坝设计

摘    要:索风营水电站的拦河大坝经坝型综合比较后,选定为碾压混凝土重力坝。大坝由左右岸挡水坝段与河床溢流坝段组成,坝顶全长164.58m,最大坝高115.8m,其结构和构造设计及碾压混凝土材料选择均有利于快速和大仓面碾压施工。碾压混凝土坝与常态混凝土坝相比,具有节约水泥、简化温控、施工简便、节省工期、造价低等特点,使碾压混凝土的优势得以充分的发挥。该碾压混凝土重力坝的建设,使碾压混凝土筑坝技术迈上了一个更新的台阶。

Abstract:After comparing dam types,the dam of Suofengyin Hydropower Station was determined to choose RCC gravity one.The dam with a highest of 115.8 m and a dam crest length of 164.58 m is made up with two block dam sections on the right and left banks and a spelling section on the river bed.The structure design and selection of concrete materials are favorable to quicken constructing and rolling on a big plane.Comparing with common concrete dam types,RCC dam has some features such as using less cement,simplifying measure of temperature control,shortening construction period,less cost and etc.
