摘    要:以玉米麸皮为原料,利用纤维素酶辅助木聚糖酶制备阿魏酰低聚糖,通过正交试验对制备条件进行了优化,得到最佳制备条件:反应温度60℃,pH值5.0,反应时间36h,纤维素酶质量浓度8g/L,木聚糖酶质量浓度6g/L,底物质量浓度165g/L,在此条件下,产物中阿魏酰低聚糖的浓度达到2.127mmol/L.

Abstract:Feruloyl oligosaccharides(FOS) were prepared from maize bran using xylanase and cellulase. The effect of temperature, pH, enzyme dosage, substrate concentration, and reaction time on the produc- tion of FOs was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows: temperature 60℃, pH5.0, reaction time 36 h, xylanase concentration 6 g/L, cellulase concentration 8 g/L, substrate concentration 167 g/L. Under the optimal conditions, the concentration of FOs reached 2. 127 mmol/L.
