液压机构活塞杆与抗磨环配合结构的分析与计算

摘    要:液压弹簧操动机构是高压开关设备中的重要部件,操动断路器实现分闸和合闸动作,液压弹簧操动机构活塞杆是其动作元件,与断路器本体传动部分联接,起着动作和传递能量的作用,为了确定活塞杆与抗磨环之间的配合尺寸能否满足设计要求,笔者就液压弹簧机构中活塞杆的导向与抗磨结构设计进行了论述,并计算分析了活塞杆抗磨环传递力的大小与过盈量和联接件结合面的粗糙度之间的关系。

Abstract:The hydraulic spring operating mechanism of high-voltage circuit breaker is a key component in high-voltage switchgear,which performs the opening and closing actions via the piston rod.In this paper,the orientation and anti-wear structure design of the piston rod is discussed,and the relations of the piston rod-wear ring structure's transmitted force with the magnitude of interference and the roughness of junction surfaces are calculated and analyzed.
