摘    要:由于循环流化床锅炉热惯性和迟滞性大,参数间耦合关系强烈,给机组的自动控制带来很大困难,特别是流化床机组的大型化使其控制问题更加突出。在对东方锅炉厂300 MW循环流化床机组(不带外置床)协调控制优化及投入的过程中,采用创新的控制策略,使整个机组的自动投入率达到100%,负荷变化率达到2%,实现投入自动发电控制方式运行,取得令人满意的效果。
