| 摘 要： | 本文提出国际工程联营体文化风险的多维性,应涵盖国家文化和企业文化,尤其是国际工程独特的行业文化.针对国际工程联营体的管理绩效问题,试图建立在国际工程不同文化背景下,组织在联营体中如何管理文化风险,实现优势互补,达到利益均衡的一种新的文化风险冲突解决模式.
