磁性材料用超纯铁精矿生产工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了磁选方法预处理原料,制备适合于永磁铁氧体生产的合格超纯铁精矿。试验研究表明,在磨矿细度98%-37μm、磁场强度0.1T、分散剂用量3mg/L、有机高分子用量ω=4×10-6的最佳工艺条件下,生产出TFe71.8%、SiO2<05%的超纯铁精矿;生产出合格的铁氧体永磁材料,其指标:Br=0.2105T,Hc=129.8kA/m,(B·H)max=7.2kJ/m3。

Abstract:The pretreatment of the raw material by magnetic separation to prepare the qualified ultrapure iron concentrate for producing permanently magnetic ferrite is described.The experimental research has shown that under the optimum technological conditions of 98%-37 m grind,0.1 T magnetic intensity,3 mg/L dispersant and =410-6 organic high molacular dose,an ultrapure iron concentrate with TFe 71.8% and SiO2<0.5% can be produced,and in turn,a qualified magnet with such performances as Br=0.210 5 T,Hc=129.8 kA/m,(BH)max=7.2 kJ/m3 can be made.
