125 MW机组高中压转子寿命评估

摘    要:以某电厂一台机组为例,介绍了125MW机组高中压转子寿命评估的全过程。评估工作基于无缺陷转子进行。整个评估工作由4部分组成:机组投运以来的启停记录和运行方式的统计研究;高中压转子各部分表面蒸汽放热系数计算方法研究;低周疲劳应力和蠕变应力计算;高中压转子寿命评估。并进行了延寿措施的探讨。

Abstract:Taking a 125 MW turbine as an example,the whole process of the H IP rotor life assessment is introduced.Upon an assumption of no deficiency of rotor the evaluation is done,in following order:1) The statistical investigation of records of during starting up and shutting down operation mode.2) The study on the calculation method of the surface heat convection coefficient in the different part of the H IP rotor.3) The calculation of the low cycle fatigue stress and the creep stress.4) The life assessment of the H IP rotor.Finally,the possible measures for prolonging of rotor's life are inquired into.
