丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚透明聚丙烯研究

摘    要:采用本体聚合方法合成了不同1-丁烯含量的丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚透明聚丙烯,对其力学性能、透明性能及正己烷提取物含量进行了研究。试验表明当1-丁烯含量达到一定量时,丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚透明聚丙烯与丙烯/乙烯无规共聚透明聚丙烯的透明性能相当,但前者综合力学性能更好,正己烷提取物更低,可广泛运用于食品包装行业。

Abstract:Several types propylene/lobutene random copolymer with different content of 1-butene were prepared via bulk polymerization. Their mechanical properties, transparent performance, extracts of n-butane was studied. As was shown in the result: When the content of 1-butene arrived certain amount, the transparent performance of propylenc/1-butene random copolymer was similar with propylenc/ ethylene random copolymcr.But its comprehensive mechanics performance was better and the extracts of n-butane was lower, therefore, propylene/1-butene random copolymer with 6.9 % 1-butene can be widely used in the food packaging industries.
