| 摘 要： | 对单元式中高层住宅设置一台电梯的可行性进行了论证,并提出了电梯、楼梯及露台走道组合的垂直交通方案,指出该方案降低了住宅的建造成本,且构造简单,经济实用,以推广该方案在实际工程中的应用.

| Abstract: | The article has carried on the proof to the feasibility which established one elevator in medium tall building of apartment,and proposed the vertical transportation plan which combined the elevator,the staircase and the flat roof aisle,and the plan reduced construction cost of the building, also the structure is simple,and it is practical on economy.So as to promote the application of this plan in projects. |
