现代冲天炉--感应炉双联熔炼的冶金特性

摘    要:随着单体设备的不断更新升级 ,现代冲天炉—感应炉双联熔炼的冶金特性也发生了很大的变化。认识和掌握新的冶金特性 ,能进一步提高过热、精炼、变质、孕育、合金化等熔炼效果 ,明显改善熔炼环境 ;进一步提高技术和降低生产成本。本文在阐述其冶金特性的基础上提出了清晰具体的生产和设备配置方案 ,明确了以感应炉的保温时间作双联系统的柔性联结。

Abstract:With the upgrading of the single equipment, the metallurgical characteristic of modern cupola - induction furnace duplex melting is variable. By understanding and mastering of this new metallurgical characteristic, the smelting effects of overheat, refining, metamorphose, inoculation and alloying have been further improved as well as the smelting environment. And the production costs has been decreased with the technology improved. This paper has described its metallurgical characteristic and put forward the collocated plan of the detail production with the equipment, in this case the flexible connection of duplex melting system with induction furnace temperature kept has been defined.
