| 摘 要： | 从经济学的角度分析我国BRT建设热产生的原因,借鉴巴西库里蒂巴市的建设运营经验,从土地经济学观点论证了基于BRT的城市开发模式的可行性,以促进BRT城市开发模式的应用,从而推动城市建设的发展。
