阻燃性乙烯基酯树脂复合材料的研究

摘    要:研究了一种阻燃性乙烯基酯树脂及其复合材料;用具有阻燃特性的交联剂代替苯乙烯制备了乙烯基酯树脂,通过对树脂凝胶时间、粘度及反应活性的测定确定了树脂的固化工艺;对树脂及其复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能进行了测试,得出树脂浇铸体及其复合材料在力学性能基本保持不变的前提下阻燃性能得到很大程度的提高;该复合材料氧指数为30.6,为阻燃性材料。

Abstract:A flame retardant vinyl ester resin and its composites is studied. The vinyl ester resin is prepared with a cross linker which has the flame retardant characteristics instead of styrene. The curing process is given by the determining the gel time, viscosity and reaction activity. The mechanical property and flame retardant property of the vinyl ester resin and its composites is tested. The result shows that the flame retardant property of the resin and its composites increases greatly when the mechanical property is constant. The limit oxygen index of the composites is 30.6 and it has flame retardant property.
