| 摘 要： | 本文通过对舞钢生产XTO管线钢组织和力学性能的分析，研究了不同控轧工艺下的组织与性能之间的关系，认为获得细小均匀的以针状铁索体为主的混合组织，有利于使XTO钢具有良好的综合力学性能。结合舞钢实际，提出了较合理的工艺参数。

| Abstract: | This article,through analysis of structure and mechanical properties of X70 pipeline steel produced by Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,makes a study of relationship between structure and properties in the case of different controlled rolling processes,holds that obtaining of fine,homogeneous mixed structure with the acicular ferrite as the main structure is favourable for the excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of X70 steel.More rational process parameters are put forward based on the practical conditions of Wuyan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd. |
