| 摘 要： | 统计了杭州电网中压开关设备的故障,对故障原因进行了分析,指出绝缘故障是主要因素。提出了提高设备运行水平,需要多方面综合考虑,如中性点接地方式、绝缘配合、设备选择、运行环境改善等。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistics of operational faults of medium-voltage switchgear in Hangzhou power grid, the causes of faults are analysed. It is indicated that the insulation fault is the primary factor. Moreover, in order to improve the operation level, it is necessary to synthetically consider many things, such as neutral point grounding modes, insulation co-ordination, selection of switchgear and improvement of operation environment etc. |
