摘    要:强化传热技术已广泛应用于石油、化工领域的管壳式换热器中。本文从强化传热的机理出发,对螺旋槽管、烧结型表面多孔管强化冷凝和沸腾传热换热管束的结构特点、制造工艺、强化效果进行了详细的分析,为该类高效节能换热器的广泛工程应用提供了设计依据。

Abstract:The technologies of heat transfer enhancement for shell - and - tube heat exchanger have been applied in petrol and chemical industries. Based on the mechanisms and practical technologies of enhanced heat transfer, the structural characteristics, manufacturing technologies, enhancing effects and processing conditions of spiral and sintered porous surface tubes for condensation and boil are analyzed in detail. These studies can supply the designing and manufacturing data for the application of these new heat exchangers.
